Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH)

Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH), also known as adreno-genital syndrome, is an inherited genetic condition that affects the adrenal glands. CAH is caused by deficiency of enzymes needed for steroid hormone synthesis.
